ah yes... finally i'm posting... if u eva click back to my 20th april 2007 post... tat is when i took over as the Part A UDI of CHS NCC Air... yea nth's wrong... i did became the Part A UDI b4 being the Part B UDI... and somehow beng heng became the Part A UDI... lazy to explain why... those who noe will noe anyway... last year's POP dun feel much as tis year's one... coz i was taking over as the Part A UDI mah... so feel lyk nth to do... but tis year is lyk aft 1 whole year with the sec 2s (sec 1s last year)... very 不舍得 mah...
POP tis year had to b on a wed... make us cannot fully enjoy... coz the teachers got smth on on fri... so brought forward to wed... 20th april 2007 to 9th april 2008... not even a year... somemore lyk aft sometime den i become Part B UDI de... so reduce the time even more... but i do cherish the times la... till now i still rmb the annual camp last year... their standard was so amazing for sec 1s... kinda have a great time wif them la... den aft tat got things lyk wad NDP PDS performance... den training times muz go rehearse... den become sort of seperated frm them? o.O quite a few weeks... then aft tat their standard generally drop liao... though a few trainings seems lyk going up a little... but their standard is still at the peak during annual camp... for some reason i dunno why... i become lyk lao ah pek... keep nagging n nagging to them... i think they listen oso sian liao... coz even i say oso sian liao... juz dunno the reason why... but anyway... a huge thanks to every single one of them... first at least i didn't get complained... not lyk someone... ahem... LOL not only tat la haha... but i kinda enjoy the trainings la... not tat i'm sadist or wadeva la n i enjoy the sufferings... =.= m i? nah... at least i dun think i m dat bad la... but at least smth to look forward to each week...
i didn't get much problems frm them... or at least i consider as not much ba... though i rmb there's a significant amt of sms... and sometimes i have to run ard the sch... exercise huh... but it's a great exp being the Part B UDI... somehow starting to feel weird aft passing out...Part Bs, all the best to ur year ahead... taking over nxt year... work for the post u wan! training may b getting tougher... but tat doesn't gives the excuse of not putting in ur best... a change of UDI doesn't meant a change of attitude in u all... rmb this... WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH, THE TOUGH GETS GOING... dun keep wanting ur UDI to b kind... a Part C UDI's job is to make sure tat when u all take over... u would b up to the standard of NCOs... tat is den when he will succeed... if u dun wanna get hell frm me when i come back nxt year ur terms as NCOs... den make sure ur standards are up there... once again a BIG THANK YOU to every single one of the 30 people in the Part Bs... all the best to ur year ahead... taking over nxt year... work for the post u wan!
POP liao... the things tat i get to take away... uniform, badges, rank, plaque, lanyard... but none are more precious den the gifts frm the Part Bs and the memories i have... of coz not forgetting the trainings i endured with the ex NCOs together... fig 12... senior ben... senior joseph... all our UDIs... nvr forget how senior joseph was pumped because of us... nvr forget the 1st time when we came in as sec 1s n dun even noe wad's diam... nvr forget the cock ups we have when we 1st came in... the intensive 2 trainings a week was hard... aft every training was KO aft reaching home... nvr forget how paris's words aft he quit caused our PT to b extended to 2h intensive PT... nvr forget the meaning of S.H.I.T, Special Hardcore Intensive Training which wasn't introduced yet to the sec 2s... much less de sec 1s... nvr forget how we dial for pizza hut n macdonalds... treating each spot light as a no. n we have to run to touch it... nvr forget how we ran up 30 floors with 2 filled 1.5 litre water bottles... 10 rounds ard the track which is 4km with the 2 filled 1.5 litre water bottles as well... our 1st hell night... our 2nd hell night... how we advanced together till now... POPed... how can i summarise 4 years in NCC? tat would b alot of words...
